This Spouse Lunch was hosted by 3 countries. Each of these countries are represented by only a few spouses, but equally as important! So they combine together so they may present there country but lighten the work of feeding all of us.
It was a great turn out. There we so many spouses from the community.
One of the largest turn outs I have seen.
Romania, Estonia, & Finland
-Romania-
The blue bowl was a crab salad (good), the circle thing to the left is a chicken dish(really good), The Glass bowl towards the back with the smiley face was an Unknown it was different~ I think I would have like it on a cracker. To the left of that was sausage things wrapped in cabbage!~
-Estonia-
Fruit type Cake (didn't try), Potato salad (Very Good), Ground meet layer pastry (Good)
Meet cheese & pepper roll up (very good), Eggs (Very Good)
Tasted like a calazone crust, was filled with ground meat and rice (very good)
-Finland-
Salad, Veggie type Pizza (Good), Meatball, cheese & Grape or Tomato (very Good), Round plate to right: Chicken pizza (very good),
Black Licorice (good), Cheese thing (good)
So much yummy food!
