Croatia- Pula

Croatia- I have wanted to go her for quite some time!
Pula is one of our top 10 Euro cities.

LOL- This is Caden and Gunners bed in the Kitchen.
It probably wasn't really a apartment for 4 people
But they booked it that way. Oh well it was only one night and they were fine!

Jared going through travel stuff on the patio.

Dinner

Breakfast at a bakery.

Pulla has some  really great Roman architecture.
It has the 6th Largest Amphitheater. The only one that is fully intact.
You can see one part that has been recreated.
But I guess its a small enough recreation to count as fully intact.

Rebuilt part.

On Sat at 17:30 they have a gladiator show. We were there on a Thursday~ We cheered anyways!

Down below the stadium they have a small exhibit of olive oil production.

Twin Gates. Gates that would have led into the Amphitheater.

The arch of Sergius was built around 30 BC by a widow to remember
her husband and brothers at the Battle of Actium.

A small theater stage.

Cannons at the fort.

Temple of Augustus

The remaining detail is amazing.

The detail preserved under the roof is even more impressive.

Hey look The starbucks sign was created by Romans!
