You buy a ticket - then you have to validate your ticket.
If you don't they will fine you! But they don't tell you that when you buy your ticket.
Kinda a silly system. Luckily I have friends who warned me!

Venice is on an island~ But the train crosses a large bridge out to the island.
Out from the station we get on a water taxi.
And cruise down the canals!

Seafood pasta - it was amazing!
I really wanted to bring some glass pieces back for some friends~ and then I realized that I couldn't actually afford that. LOL so instead I got myself a very small glass pitcher and paid way to much for it. Ill let my friends look at it instead. LOL
