Somlo Var

Somlo Var
Var means Castle
This castle was built some time before 1352
Between 1370 - 1380 it was a Royal Castle
After that it switch hands many times and saw many battles.
It now lies in ruins but is a fun place to hike to and explore.

NOTHING~ for miles, completely flat......... Then one BIG hill.

There was a pretend campfire built on the ground inside the building

We are high above the village.

Look how far away the winery looks now! So beautiful!
